group reservation process
On November 3, group reservations open to the public. Make your reservation by clicking the “group sign-up” link at the top of this page.
Once you’ve reserved your spots, the 25% deposit is due 4 weeks after your reservation..
After this 4 week deadline, any spots you have reserved without deposits will be dropped.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to remove spots held, you must do so before your deposit deadline in order not to be charged a deposit for that spot. (See “Group Management” link.)
Phase 1 - RESERVE YOUR SPOTS
Phase 2 - REGISTER YOUR CAMPERS
Must have reserved spots filled by 8 weeks prior to your camp arrival.
After this deadline, any spots not filled will be dropped and deposits lost.
Prior to your camp arrival, you will receive an invoice and final payment is due at arrival.
**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All payments are made through the church or organization and NOT by the parent or adult registering.
The main adult leader receives a 50% discount.
You can add spots at any time as long as there is room available. Contact the LFR office to find out.
