group reservation process

On December 2, group reservations open to the public. Make your reservation by clicking the “group sign-up” link at the top of this page.
Once you’ve reserved your spots, the 20% deposit is due 4 weeks after your reservation OR 1 month prior to your arrival; whichever comes first.
If the initial deposit is not received in time, the spots will be dropped. Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to remove spots held, you must do so before your deposit deadline in order not to be charged a deposit for that spot. (See “Group Management” link.)

In February, your campers and adult leaders will be able to begin registering for the spots you’ve reserved by clicking the login link you send them.
You must have all your spots filled 6 weeks prior to your arrival. Any spots not filled at that point will be forfeited and deposits lost.
You will receive a final invoice after your deadline to fill spots. The final payment is due prior to your arrival.
**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All payments are made through the church or organization and NOT by the parent or adult registering.
The main adult leader receives a 50% discount.
You can add spots at any time as long as there is room available. Contact the LFR office to find out.
