group reservation process

    • On December 2, group reservations open to the public. Make your reservation by clicking the “group sign-up” link at the top of this page.

    • Once you’ve reserved your spots, the 20% deposit is due 4 weeks after your reservation OR 1 month prior to your arrival; whichever comes first.

    • If the initial deposit is not received in time, the spots will be dropped. Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to remove spots held, you must do so before your deposit deadline in order not to be charged a deposit for that spot. (See “Group Management” link.)

    • In February, your campers and adult leaders will be able to begin registering for the spots you’ve reserved by clicking the login link you send them. 

    • You must have all your spots filled 6 weeks prior to your arrival. Any spots not filled at that point will be forfeited and deposits lost.

    • You will receive a final invoice after your deadline to fill spots. The final payment is due prior to your arrival. 

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

  • All payments are made through the church or organization and NOT by the parent or adult registering. 

  • The main adult leader receives a 50% discount. 

  • You can add spots at any time as long as there is room available. Contact the LFR office to find out.
