group reservation process

On November 3, group reservations open to the public. Make your reservation by clicking the “group sign-up” link at the top of this page.

  • Once you’ve reserved your spots, the 25% deposit is due 4 weeks after your reservation..

  • After this 4 week deadline, any spots you have reserved without deposits will be dropped.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to remove spots held, you must do so before your deposit deadline in order not to be charged a deposit for that spot. (See “Group Management” link.)

Phase 1 - RESERVE YOUR SPOTS

Phase 2 - REGISTER YOUR CAMPERS

  • Must have reserved spots filled by 8 weeks prior to your camp arrival.

  • After this deadline, any spots not filled will be dropped and deposits lost.

  • Prior to your camp arrival, you will receive an invoice and final payment is due at arrival.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

  • All payments are made through the church or organization and NOT by the parent or adult registering. 

  • The main adult leader receives a 50% discount. 

  • You can add spots at any time as long as there is room available. Contact the LFR office to find out.
